Mike Hillsdon

CEO

Our CEO, Mike Hillsdon, has extensive digital marketing and software development experience spanning over 30 years. He founded the original Chatbot Agency with Silvio Porcellana, allowing any business to build, maintain and operate their own chatbot. Upon realising the software could be white-labeled and packaged up for marketing agencies to become their own chatbot agency; AdsThatChat was born.

Since 2008, Mike has been working with real estate agents and marketing agency owners to increase their marketing lists with strategies that scale. Mike has experience customising chatbots for all industries and all applications, including hospitality, retail, e-commerce, trades and services and many more.

Silvio Porcellana

Chief Technical Officer

Silvio is our CTO & head developer, and has been creating, designing and marketing websites ever since 1995. His main focus is helping web and marketing entrepreneurs reach prosperity and success by giving them the tools, the training and the support they need to take their business to the next level - hence the development of the AdsThatChat platform.

Over the years, this has allowed Silvio to build a series of reliable, white-label and powerful online systems in which hundreds of marketers and agencies worldwide increase the success of their businesses.

Mike Avey

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Avey is a serial entrepreneur, mentor and adviser to many start-up and early-stage businesses.

His over-20-years of experience in investment, financial and corporate structuring, strategy, and similar is preceded by a strong background in the commercialisation of technology across a wide number of industries.

Mike is also the interim CEO and chairman of the Chat Global (holding company) advisory board.

James Hillsdon

Business Development Manager

Graduating with his bachelor of Property Economics in 2017, James has worked extensively in management, business and sales development roles across multiple industries, including hospitality, events and real estate. This has led him to develop great client understanding and connection.

With a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer management and sales funnels; James is our lead Business Development Manager - and our go-to for all things reports, metrics and numbers. He is enthusiastic in his approach to all-encompassing digital marketing for real estate - including advertising, chatbots, market reporting, research and data collection and analysis.
